1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using OSINT AI Labs you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a team or organization you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. The service
OSINT AI Labs lets you ingest a product catalog, search for candidate buyer companies using the Google Places API, and view public contact information for those candidates. We provide the service on an as-is basis and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or otherwise harm any person or organization.
- Circumvent any company's stated contact preferences (unsubscribe requests, do-not-contact registries, or similar).
- Scrape, bulk-download, or otherwise misuse data beyond what the service's UI and API provide for ordinary use.
- Attempt to access accounts, workspaces, or data that are not yours.
- Resell access to the service, or build a competing service on top of it, without our written permission.
- Violate any law that applies to you or to your recipients, in particular email-marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR e-privacy).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are violating these rules.
4. Paid plans
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly cycle via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you retain the paid features through that date. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the product lists and reports you create. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train models or to market to your candidates.
6. Warranty & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify active users by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
